GDAP sync capability now in GA

The capability to sync GDAP status with Microsoft on a marketplace is now generally available (GA).

This feature addresses scenarios where GDAP relationship requests become locked or when a manual sync of GDAP status between a company and its linked Microsoft customer tenant is required.

To sync GDAP status,

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > HOME | Companies. The Companies page opens.
2. Click on a company you want to update. The Company Details page opens.
3. Click on the Vendor Information tab.
4. From the Actions menu, click Sync GDAP with Microsoft.

Marketplace Managers and other roles with access to the Company Details page can perform this action.

Feature enablement

This feature is enabled by default.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
